When you create or edit a vehicle in Gordon Cloud, you can define a range of data points that describe the vehicle's identity, specifications, equipment, and costs. This article provides a full reference of every available field.
General information

Account | The account the vehicle belongs to. | ✅ |
Registration number | The vehicle's licence plate or registration identifier. | ✅ |
Type | The vehicle category. Options: Van, Truck, Light truck, Other. | ✅ |
Make | The vehicle manufacturer. Suggestions include Tesla, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Rawbike, and Lada, but you can enter any value. | ✅ |
Model | The specific model name or number (e.g. Sprinter 314 CDI, 320i, Model Y). | ✅ |
Fuel type | The type of fuel or energy the vehicle uses. Options: Diesel, Petrol, Electric, HVO. | ✅ |
Model year | The year the vehicle was manufactured (e.g. 2020). | ❌ |
Euro class | The vehicle's emission classification. Options: Euro 3, Euro 4, Euro 5, Euro 6, Electric, Unknown. | ❌ |

Cost
Field | Description | Required |
Cost per hour | Driver salary, administration, and other time-based operating costs. | ❌ |
Cost per km | Fuel, energy, maintenance, tyres, and other distance-based costs. | ❌ |
Fixed monthly cost | Recurring monthly costs such as financing, insurance, tax, and depreciation. This amount is spread over the monthly operating hours and charged per route hour. | ❌ |
Monthly operating hours | The expected number of hours the vehicle operates per month. Used together with the fixed monthly cost to calculate the fixed cost component on each route. | ❌ |
Currency | The currency for all cost values on this vehicle (e.g. SEK). | ❌ |

You can upload one or more images of the vehicle. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and GIF, with a maximum file size of 35 MB per image. Not required.
