When you open a vehicle in Gordon Cloud, you land on the vehicle detail page. This page gives you a complete view of the vehicle's specifications, cost data, and route history. This article walks you through what you'll find there.
Opening a vehicle
Navigate to Vehicles in the Fleet module and click on any vehicle's registration number in the list. This takes you to the vehicle detail page.
Header
At the top of the page you'll see the vehicle's registration number, make, and model as the page title. Directly below, a row of quick-reference fields shows the vehicle's type, fuel type, model year, and depot at a glance.
An Edit vehicle button in the top-right corner lets you update any of the vehicle's details.
Overview tab
The Overview tab is the default view and contains three sections:
Specifications: Displays the vehicle's Euro class, cargo volume, payload capacity, temperature capabilities, refrigeration unit, equipment, and branded status.
Cost: Shows the vehicle's cost per hour, cost per km, fixed monthly cost, and monthly operating hours, all displayed with the configured currency. For more on how these values work, see Understanding vehicle costs.
Media: Displays any images that have been uploaded for the vehicle.
Routes tab
The Routes tab lists every route the vehicle has been assigned to. A vehicle is linked to a route when the driver starts the route and enters the vehicle's registration number in the driver app. Each route shows the following information:
Route name
Date
Number of stops
Distance
Cost
Driver
Depot
Status
You can search for a specific route using the search field in the top-right corner of the table.
Hovering over a route's cost value displays a tooltip with the full cost breakdown - cost per km, cost per hour, fixed cost, and total - based on the route's actual times.
